A $400.00 deposit (via check, money order, or e–transfer) is required to guarantee your spot.
Deposits are non–refundable.
The only thing better than the bear hunting experience is sharing the experience with someone close to you! We welcome non–hunting guests, whether it be a spouse, child, or friend! The cost for your non–hunting guest is $1250.00. This completely covers lodging and food for the week of your hunt.
Want to try to bag a second bear? For a reasonable fee, you can have your shot at another one! Ask your guide for a price.
Pickup at Bangor International Airport can also be arranged. Bangor, Maine, is a 2 hr 45 min drive from Harvey, each way.
CANCELLATION POLICY
No rain checks, except where schedule permits.
Cancelled hunts cannot be refunded, however they may be rescheduled.
PAYMENT POLICY
Your hunt is not reserved until we receive a deposit.
Deposits are non–refundable.
Remaining balance after deposit is due upon arrival.
Hunt packages are non–refundable.
No credit cards. Deposit accepted via check, money order, or e–transfer.
Final payment is cash only.
